SENIOR WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

COMPENSATION: $18.00 – $22.00 / hr, DOE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (Non-Exempt)

LOCATION: Bonners Ferry, ID (on-site)


PURPOSE

The Senior Warehouse Associate is a hands-on role at the heart of Überleben's daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving and inspecting inbound shipments, supporting assembly and production, and ensuring goods move accurately through the facility. The Senior WA also provides informal guidance to fellow associates, helping maintain high standards across the warehouse floor.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and stage inbound shipments.

  • Assemble products per BOMs and fulfill outbound orders accurately and on time.

  • Coordinate FBA prep, labeling, carrier selection, and bulk shipments.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy, bin organization, and cycle count support.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Train and guide Warehouse Associates on picking, packing, shipping, and safety procedures.

  • Coach team members and hold them accountable to productivity and quality standards.

  • Audit workflows, enforce SOPs, and recommend process improvements.

Safety & Housekeeping

  • Enforce PPE and OSHA safety policies across the warehouse.

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and participate in regular cleaning routines.

  • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead or guide others.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Basic computer literacy; FBA/Amazon experience a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and team-first attitude.

  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.
