Returns:

We back everything with our Stoke Guarantee™. If you’re not stoked, we’re not stoked. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please note -- gift cards are not considered products and therefore are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.

Refunds:

For a full refund, product(s) must be unused with original packaging. If you have questions about refund eligibility, just ask!

Once your return is received, we’ll process a refund back to the original payment method. For gifted items, please inform us of the situation when you contact us.

If a full refund is not granted for any reason, we’ll connect with alternate options!
